What Can I Expect as a Patient?

At Clean Smiles, it is our goal to make your experience in our Dental Clinic an exceptional one. We have a professional staff that provides the best service possible. We use the latest technology to ensure complete satisfaction to all our patients.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
  • Fill out our patient information form and get to know us.
  • Bring your insurance card and information with you.
  • Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
  • Expect your first appointment (for adults) to be about 1 ½ hours.
  • We help our patients have one less thing to worry about by providing direct billing from dental insurance companies. It is your responsibility, however, to pay the portion of services not covered by an insurance provider. If you are unfamiliar with how your dental insurance works – or the amount of your coverage – our administrative team will be happy to assist you.

Do You Have a Dentist On Site?

Yes, we have an amazing Independent General Dentist on site. Dr. Haider and his team are available to take care of any dental emergencies, Dental Restorations (Fillings), Root Canal Treatment (RCT), Extractions, Crowns, Veneers and Bridge Work. Dr. Haider and his team are not only great with adults but they are amazing dealing with kids as well.

Dr. Haider is accepting new patients, feel free to give us a call to book an appointment.

Do You Take X-Rays?

All of our independent hygienists and off course the independent dentist (Dr. Haider) are able to take x-rays and diagnose dental and periodontal conditions after interpreting them.

How Do I Book an Appointment?

Are you Open on Weekends?

We are open on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our Clinic is closed on Sundays.

Do you Accept Referrals?

Yes, we highly appreciate it when our patients refer their friends and families. Fun fact, all of our patients are loyalty card holders and with this program you can earn a point with every referral and this is our small way of saying thank you. With those points you can earn cool gifts or even our in office zoom teeth whitening treatment.

Are my Dentist and Dental Hygiene Services (dental cleanings) Covered by my Dental Insurance?

Dental Services and preventative care services are covered under most dental plans. Contact your provider for specific coverage details. Clean Smiles Dental Hygiene Clinic is an independent dental  clinic and can direct bill your provider for services rendered. We can also pre-authorize your planned treatment, so there are no financial surprises after your appointment. We welcome your questions!

Do I need my dentist’s permission to have dental hygiene services performed elsewhere?

You can choose to have your dental hygiene services from any registered dental hygienist. At Clean Smiles Dental Hygiene Clinic, our registered dental hygienists are trained to recognize and assess any dental concerns that need to be addressed. We work synergistically with dentists and dental specialists to achieve your optimal oral health. We strive to provide preventative care to avoid any dental problems and work with our patients to maintain oral health.

What is the right age for kids to start oral assessment, preventative care/dental hygiene services?

We recommend that children commence receiving hygiene services at 2-3 years of age. It is always better to start early so that any dental issues can be detected and addressed sooner, rather than later. For young children, the first couple visits are primarily for them to get to know us and get comfortable with our relaxed environment. We love to work with kids and to assist them in creating healthy oral habits and to maintain healthy and clean smiles.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had my teeth checked and cleaned, is it too late now?

At Clean Smiles Dental Hygiene Clinic, we pride ourselves on being non-judgmental. We believe it is never too late to start working towards a healthier smile. We will assess your dentition and soft tissue health and guide you in the right direction. Once any dental work needed has been performed by a dentist, your registered dental hygienist can make a dental hygiene plan (in our office and at your home) for you to maintain a clean and healthy smile.
